Liquid Polymer Blending System

The compact liquid polymer blending system, produces a continuous and consistent quality polymer solution. The polyelectrolyte is prepared by the injection of polymer into a mixing chamber with the addition of a consistent flow of water. The specially designed mixing chamber produces the desired long chain molecules for effective flocculation.

Polymer dilution of the system is adjustable through the dosing pump controls. A water flushing process is incorporated in order to avoid blockages.

Site installation requires connection of process water, liquid polymer and a standard 240VAC power outlet.

Granular Calcium Hypochlorite Feeder

This system generates a dilute Calcium Hypochlorite solution from granulated dry chemical. The dry granules are stored in a 40 kilogram capacity chamber until required. When required these granules are transferred into a mixing tank, where it is blended with water. The system can be operated in a manual mode or a pulse duration mode as required by the demand of the pool.

An automatic acid clean is incorporated as standard. The compact and unique design reduces OH&S requirements.

Capacity up to 4Kg/hr.

The use of Calcium Hypochlorite has less impact on pH of pool water, reducing use of either CO2 or acids.

Dry Material Feeders

To suit;
  • Powder Activated Carbon
  • Fluoride
  • Polymer
  • Lime
  • Dry granular products
  • Dry powder products
The system consists of a 316 stainless steel body within which a feed screw and conditioning auger rotate. The feed screw size and rotation speed is chosen to provide the required dose rate. Bridging is minimised by the use of the conditioning auger and a varied pitch screw. The conditioning auger also conditions the product improving accuracy. Capacity adjustment can be achieved by on/off control or adjustment of speed control through a Variable Frequency Drive. Feeders can be supplied with AC, DC or Pneumatic motors.

Systems can be manufactured with various options to suit the clients specific needs. Options:
  • Slidegates
  • Crumblers
  • Solution tanks
  • Wetting assemblies
  • Bag loader
  • Outlet spout heaters
  • Weight recording
  • Bulky-bag loaders
  • Dust extraction

Gas Chlorination

Vacuum operated systems are available up to 40Kg/hr.

Chlorinators can be mounted direct to bottles or drums. Alternatively header mounted systems can be supplied with all required ancillaries such as heating, flexible connections, and auxiliary cylinder or drum valves.

For reliability and longevity the chlorinator bodies are machined from solid material rather than injection moulding. The machining process and thicker walls avoid residual stresses from injection moulding which lead to warping and cracking.

The main diaphragm is double o-ring sealed and the rate valve is manufactured from solid silver or as an alternative PVDF. The inlet valve can be easily dismantled and cleaned without special tools. An overall simple construction allows ease of maintenance.

All ancillaries required for a complete package are available such as;
  • Remote ejectors
  • Automatic change over unit
  • Remote rate control valves
  • 4-20mA servo control systems
  • Gas flexibles
  • Auxiliary valves
  • Gas detectors
  • Emergency shut-off system
  • Drip leg
  • Scales
  • Drip leg heaters
  • Flexible tubing
  • Header manifolds
  • Remote meters
